OPENING RECEPTION OF THE SHAN SA exhibition 4th of June 2014 GALLERY SHCHUKIN, PARIS
On Wednesday, June 4th, 2014, for its first participation at the Nocturne Rive Droite, Gallery Shchukin, recently installed in Paris, was pleased to present the exhibition of the writer / painter Shan Sa "One night at the river bank - Reject the temporary, reveal the final". With an artistic proposal uniting about fifteen paintings, with celestial or telluric colors and suggestive abstraction, she invites the public to share her philosophical meditations on life and death. Fifteen paintings of the artist, the heavenly color and suggestive abstraction, were chosen to illustrate the theme of this 18th edition of the Nocturne, an important date for the art market in Paris for more than 15 years.
This exhibition, organized in partnership with the French Institute and the Ministry of Culture and Communication on the occasion of the celebrations of 50 years of diplomatic relations between France and China, has attracted many admirers Shan Sa, from Paris and international guests, and many fans who took advantage of the opportunity to discover the pictorial work of this young artist prodigy.
Shan Sa, author of international stature today, was pleased herself throughout the opening night to the dedication of her novels and multiple exchanges with the guests invited. She takes this opportunity to deliver the springs of her eternal quest for harmony between painting and writing.
Gallery Shchukin was delighted to join the 70 other professionals in the art of the Right Bank to the very "Parisian" evening and be able to reveal to the curious and enthusiastic public the recent works by Shan Sa, all in harmony and movement.
